From Surprise to Joy: A Proposal Story in the Alps
was a July proposal, and we were thrilled to capture it all. We started our photo session on a small hill overlooking the Tödi, the highest peak in the Glarus region. She had no idea her boyfriend was planning to propose. She later told me that they had traveled to many places together and hired other photographers. But she had a special feeling about Switzerland. She always had a hunch that her boyfriend would propose here.
We prepared a bouquet that perfectly matched the setting for the proposal. During the photoshoot, he suddenly got down on one knee. Of course, there was excitement and joy. We felt so honored to witness this beautiful moment as photographers.
After the successful proposal, we continued our shoot in Braunwald and captured some amazing moments of them running around, full of life and excitement. I especially loved those shots; they were so vibrant and full of energy.
